		<description>I kinda agree on the bare essentials. But you got to know double entry book-keeping and how to do a balance sheet for starters.

A good company share may sell for Rs.100 and an ok company share may go for Rs.3. We all know that the good company is good because of its good metrics(ROCE,Cashflows etc.)

But the critical piece is the price.

There is also something called Kelly&#039;s formula which is another guide.</description>
