Live in Tune with Nature

Your body follows a master rhythm. Align your sleep, food, and activity with it to feel more alive every day.

Our body operates with a master clock, and each organ has its own clock synchronized to it. This master clock is aligned with the natural rhythm of light. So, when our sleep, nutrition, and activities are in sync with this rhythm, we can lead a happy and healthy life.

Aligning with nature’s rhythm turns life into an enjoyable melody. But in the pursuit of globalization and constant productivity, we often sing out of tune, unaware of how off-key we are until it’s too late.

This book guided me back to nature’s default rhythm. For me, the easiest adjustment was fixing my sleep schedule. Even if I don’t feel sleepy or fall asleep quickly, I still go to bed and wake up at the same time each day. I aim for at least seven hours of sleep.

After waking up, I engage in some form of activity, whether it’s working out at home, jogging, or swimming.

We strive to minimize the steps from the farm to our plate. Although we don’t grow our own food and can’t completely eliminate those steps, nor avoid food grown with pesticides, we can at least avoid highly processed foods.

Align your sleep, activities, and diet with nature’s rhythm to enjoy a healthy life.
